1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of Privé Hours (the “Platform”). By creating or updating a profile, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy policy. Users who do not agree must not create a profile or use member features.
2. Purpose and role of the Platform
Privé Hours provides digital showcases, search, following, reviews and private requests for lawful adult services and experiences. It does not itself provide those services, is not the employer or agent of independent professionals, and does not guarantee that an agreement will be completed.
The Platform is not an escort agency or a provider of sexual services and must not be used to promote or facilitate prostitution or any other unlawful activity.
3. Adults only
Use is permitted only to persons aged 18 or over who have full legal capacity. The Platform may reasonably request proof of age, identity or professional status and may restrict access when verification is insufficient.
4. Prohibited services and content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- sexual acts in exchange for money or any other consideration;
- human trafficking, coercion, abuse or exploitation;
- any content or service involving a minor;
- pornographic, sexually explicit, violent or unlawful content;
- coded wording, price lists or external links intended to circumvent the rules;
- harassment, threats, fraud or disclosure of third-party personal data.
5. Accounts and profiles
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information, protect access to their account and not impersonate others. Each user is responsible for content, messages and actions carried out through their account.
6. Professional obligations
Each professional confirms that they operate lawfully, hold any required licences or certifications, issue legally required receipts or invoices and have the right to use uploaded material. Descriptions, photos, videos, prices and availability must be accurate and not misleading.
7. Requests and communication
Private requests may concern only the lawful service described in the showcase. The user and professional are responsible for the accuracy of the information they exchange and for checking the terms before any agreement.
8. Bookings, prices and payments
Before real bookings or charges are enabled, total prices, commissions, cancellation and refund terms, and payment-provider details will be published. During the current pilot, the Platform does not process payments.
9. Reviews and user content
Reviews must be based on a genuine experience and must not contain false claims, threats, abuse, third-party personal data or sexually explicit descriptions. The Platform may review, restrict or remove content that breaches these Terms.
10. Reports, moderation and safety
The Platform may remove content, suspend accounts, retain necessary evidence and cooperate with competent authorities. In cases of immediate danger, violence, coercion, human trafficking or involvement of a minor, the competent authorities must be contacted immediately.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform’s name, design, software and original content are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Users retain rights in their own material and grant the Platform the licence needed to display it while it remains published.
12. Limitation of liability
The Platform takes reasonable steps to operate securely but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for the actions of independent users or providers. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension or deletion
An account or showcase may be restricted, suspended or deleted when these Terms are breached, false information is provided, third parties are put at risk or a competent authority requires it.
14. Changes
These Terms may be updated for legal, technical or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and may require renewed acceptance.
15. Governing law and operator details
The governing law, competent jurisdiction and full operator details will be finalised according to the country of establishment before commercial operation begins.
